Online Gambling

There are very few people who are not in awe of the absolute explosion of the popularity of online casinos and sportsbooks. Part of the reason for the awe is that there were a number of cynics (you know who you are) that thought that the notion of online casinos and sportsbooks would be a failed concept. Why people would devise such a belief system is thoroughly quizzical because gaming is generally the most popular leisure time activity in the world. Now, when one considers the fact that the internet connects all the gaming fans around the world into one connected area the success of online casinos is understandable. Of all these casinos, Bet365 remains one of the very best mainly because it provides solid choices and excellent opportunities for people to those who wish to make a name for themselves in the online gamblingworld. So, more power to them and Bet365.

Rolling Kneebar Clip

As bizarre as it sounds today, there was a time when people actually professed the notion that "kneebars don't work." There were a couple of reasons for this:

1.) The instructor had no clue as to how to perform a kneebar
2.) The instructor felt that knee injuries would drive off students.

There really is nothing wrong with avoiding teaching kneelocks based on either of these two reasons but to completely LIE about whether or not the locks worked was simply inexcusable yet endemic during the early days of BJJ in the USA.

One of the more underrated kneebars is the rolling kneebar from a standing position and this little Youtube Clip provides a look into the mechanics of it.
