Bad Diets

Here is a little bit of advice for those who don't watch their diet: how about watching your diet? Yeah, this may sound like an academic point but many people don't really figure it out. When you eat a diet that is pure slop and try to wrestle its like pouring kerosene into your car instead of gasoline. The car simply ain't gonna move and neither will you if you attempt to wrestle a match after putting McDonald's Happy Meals into your system. Eat a healthy diet prior to wrestling and you will find yourself in a much better position than if you downed a ton of slop. So, be a little cleaner on your diet and things may end up working out well for you.
