Whole Wheat Recipe

Bread products often get a bad image, but it is not so much the bread that is bad for you are much as it is the white flour that is the trouble maker. As such, a variant recipe on the traditional recipe that includes whole wheat as opposed to white flour is recommended. If you are looking for a recipe for bread products that are an alternative to white flour bread it would be a whole wheat pita recipe that can be easily made with an Eclectrics® Mixer. The ingredients for a recipe of whole wheat pita bread include 4 cups of whole wheat flour. A tablespoon of dry yeast, 1 ¼ cups of warm water and a ½ a teaspoon of salt and mix it up in a mixer (natch) and then cook it in an oven that is 350 degrees. This is a solid recipe that my family used to make when I was competing and needed to get my weight down to 155. Yes, it works because it is a low calorie and lower carb alternative. Again, this is not exactly a difficult recipe to put together and it is a much better alternative to the powdery and flour filled pita bread brands that are solid on the market. Again, if you have a Hamilton Beach® Mixer (aka a Hamilton Beach® Stand Mixer ) is one of the best mixers on the market for this type of recipe. So, please visit the links that have been provided to peruse the mixers that are available.
